Good food and people. I've been to many zaxby's and they can very a little more than you would expect if you were introduced to the chain in Athens where their HQ is located. This place has always delivered. If you're hit them at a peak time they can get slammed but they're not going to rush you. They will go from 2 people to 30 people to 2 people in 30 durning the lunch rush FYI
I stopped by on my lunch break (8:15pm) to get food for my coworker and myself. I had raved for two hours about how great the zaxbys salads are. Well when i got back to work with the salads they were pitiful! !!! They were very small and just thrown together. I was so upset. Not to mention it cost almost $18.00!!!! The only thing positive about the visit was the window person. He was very nice and professional.
Avoid this place! Terrible service, took an hour to deliver a two meal to go order, cold fries and funny tasting (not Zaxby's style) chicken. Would give it a negative score if I could!
The food was great. Just what is expected from Zaxby's. But the service was lacking. We had to wait at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before anyone would bother to come out and take our order. Nearly as long to get an extra packet of sauce. And just as long to get a to-go box.
Terrible service on multiple occasions. 25 mins in the drive through for a sandwich. Ridiculous.
