Do not go to this location if you are covered by Tricare Prime. I arrived after waiting for over a week for appointment and was informed by the receptionist , "sorry" the doctors were not actually certified for Tricare. Now I must wait another week for another appointment at other location in Clayton. The inside of location also appears decrepit and not as clean as other location.
I dropped off a form for Kathleen to fill out with my prescription information for 1 medication. They have had my form for OVER a week. I have called twice and have not gotten a call back. There is no reason it should take this long to get that filled out. I don't think I will continue to come here. I want a Doctor that treats me like I'm important to them and doesn't just blow me off. Obviously they have enough business that they don't care about losing a patient.
Dr. Dawkins is great but getting an appointment can be challenging because he doesn't work evenings or on Saturday. The office is a joke. I have had to make a dozen calls over the course of the day because all I get is a busy signal. The last time I needed a refill my pharmacy had to fax three times before it was filled. I will be looking for a new doctor, which is a shame because I've been with Dr. Dawkins for about seven years now.
My whole family sees Dr.Hebda and we completly adore him. He is a great doctor and all of the staff is so friendly. All of these reviews most be from old doctor and staff.
Dr Hebda is wonderful! He listens and takes his time, plus the nurses and office staff are extremely friendly and patient. All the reviews here are pretty old so thought I'd give a recent update since things have changed in the past year.
