Nice selection and they have the quality dog food we use. Price range is always a bit high, but staff is friendly and helpful.
Update: though our dog looks nice, the whole reason of us going there was to get the dog's glands taken care of, as it states on their website. The glands were not expressed because they "don't do that on dogs over 30 pounds." Had we known that, we would have gone elsewhere.

Went in to get our dog checked for heartworm. Staff was great. They were thorough, friendly and great with our little one. We had the results in a few minutes. Very convenient. The regular staff are awesome!!! They are always helpful and not pushy.
Took my mom's dog to get "pampered" and we were both pleased the way it turned out. The grooming staff was nice as well. We will definitely go back.
1 Star because 0 is not an option. My 2 dogs had a scheduled appointment to be groomed. Appointments do not mean anything, after 7 1/2 hours, the dogs were not done. Told by the store manager that certain walk ins are taken care of right away, so dogs with appointments have to wait. My wife demanded to the cashier three times that the dogs be released to us. The groomer refused and ignored her co-worker.. After threatening to call 911 the dogs were released. Not one apology just excuses that they were down a groomer. Wish I new that. The manager and groomer did not even apologize.
