I was very happy with my experience there. I chose them because of the comments I read about them and they did not disappoint. I had my pregnancy appointments with them and Dr. Bailey delivered my baby. I am highly satisfied with the staff and the care that I received. I would not go anywhere else!
Great staff all around!! Dr. Bailey is very down to earth and great to talk to. I highly recommend her to all of my friends looking for a new gynecologist.
Be careful when coming here. Prenatal docs that I seen were nice and friendly however their insurance department btw offices is lacking. After informing the front desk that my insurance changed and there could be significant changes, it took three visits (2 1/2 months) for them to let me know I was no longer covered. Billing dept admitted to their mistake but would not offer any help with this outrageous bill. Don't step to the back unless they confirm BEFORE YOU'RE SEEN that you are covered! You might find out well into your visits that you owe them big money.
The quality of service is great. Brandon Woodard is the by far the best doctor!! The other doctors are awesome too. I highly recommend this doctors office. They are up to date on technology, which is imperative. The app they have is very beneficial. I've been a patient here since 2014, and would've been a patient sooner!
This place is amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. I have seen several doctors at the facility and they have all been very thorough and professional. The staff is all very pleasant and easy to talk to. I am so glad that I switched from the Cary Obgyn that I was seeing.
