We went here for the eclipse, and they let everyone park for free. The staff was all extremely friendly, letting us all come inside for the air conditioning and making sure everyone was safe and having fun. My highest commendations go to this place for giving us an unforgettable experience!
Not a positive experience, as I researched the cost of pressure treated landscape timbers ($2.97) a piece, I checked again when I arrived at the store and was told $2.97. When I checked out the price was $3.17 plus tax. I asked the cashier what happened? She responded the price changed. I drove all the down from Franklin, NC. So now I can not trust Home Depot online pricing or even in store pricing. I hope you will take steps to fix this, else I will shop somewhere else.

Customer Service at its finest! I'm a recent transplant from Gwinnett County, home of the elusive "eyevasion" Home Depot employees! Quite a different home town experience here! I've been asked more times if I need assistance in my few visits, than I have in the last 10 yrs in Gwinnett. Everyone is attentive, genuine and happy to work there, and will go the extra mile to help. Feels like family...love it.
