I come to this great clips all the time! It's the best one around! I always ask for Kelly and she is wonderful! She does a fantastic job! She never makes me feel uncomfortable, every time I sit in her chair I feel like I've known her for years. I trust her 100% with my hair and she always gives me her opinions on what I should do with my hair and what products to use. I give her a 10 out of 10!
Have visited several times and every time I have been very pleased!
I have went to this location for several years and have been pleased, but the last couple visits I was rushed back and sheared like a sheep. Slow down and treat the customers like a human and listen to what they are wanting in a haircut.
My mother and I went to get our hair cuts this past Saturday. I was not pleased with the quality of my mother's hair cut and even more so the way we were treated by Peggy and the manager that was brought of over to help with the situation. My mother's hair is very thin and was shoulder length. The woman cutting my mother's hair was named Peggy. My hairstylist was Lois. Lois was amazing. My mother explained to Peggy that she wanted to just have a lot of razor cut layers and for the length to not go over her ears. As Peggy was cutting my mother explained that she was unsure about getting her hair cut in the first place because the person always didn't cut what she wanted. Peggy proceeded to cut her hair above her ears and in the style of a bob cut and not a very good one at that. My mother was so angry she told her to just stop and let her out of the chair. She came over to Lois and I and told us what happened. A manager, I didn't catch her name, came over and wanted to see the picture my mother had shown Peggy. Yes the hairstyle was short by it look NOTHING like what she described she wanted. The manager offered for Peggy to fix it but if she cut anymore there would have been nothing left. Plus Peggy had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in customer service. She was not appologetic what so ever. Laughed and said she told my mother it wouldn't look exactly like the picture. And didn't even seem like a kind person period. On the job or not. The manager seemed as though she could care less about the situation. And rolled her eyes as she walked away to stay at the front. It seemed as though Peggy was just a big bully and childish. Lois was the only one in the situation that seemed to understand that my mother was very unhappy and that she is the one that has to walk around with hair that literally made her cry because it was so bad. Lois talked with my mother and helped her style her hair where she felt okay with it and not horrible. In conclusion the haircut w from Peggy was horrible but what made the whole experience terrible was Peggy and the manager's attitude and way of dealing with an unsatisfied customer. Lois was so wonderful and I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion to treat my mother with decency respect. If you visit this Great Clips ask for Lois and make sure it is not Peggy hacking your hair off.
Stylus that called me back was huffing and puffing like in a hurry. I explained what I wanted done several times. She cut and nipped very quickly, did not offer the hand mirror to look at it. When I got home I saw how bad and uneven it was. I went back. The stylus was mildly confrontational, sitting me in a set up front right in front of customers waiting. She said If I wanted short I should have said so. I explained this several times up front when I first went. I at least want it even.
Horrible experience, hairstylist decided to cut my hair how she felt and not like I asked. If your going to have the name "Greatclips" I suggest you get some people that can cut hair. Thanks for the frohawk.
