I made an appointment a month ago for a cleaning and was excited because the office is near my mothers house so she could watch my children. I missed my appointment yesterday because of the flooding rain. I live in Zebulon and the rain created a 3 ft river through my driveway and I couldn't move my car. I also lost power so I couldnt call and reschedule my appointment. Well, when I did call at 2:30 or so I was connected to the office manager and she said that because I didnt call they "would not be able to put me back on the books." Basicly they didnt want to serve me because I missed my appointment. I have never been treated this way by a professional office before. Im actually glad I didnt start going to their office. Thankfully I found another dentist and have an appointment tomorrow.
Every time my children or I go to this office, we are greeted promptly, we don't have to wait long at all, and we receive friendly and very professional service. I am grateful for Dr. Helmer and the Helmer Family Dentistry family! Thank you!
I have been going to see Dr Helmer for a few years now, and he is absolutely AMAZING. He has always taken very good care of me, and has a great bedside manner. His staff is great too! I highly recommend him to everyone!!!
I love this office! My son broke his tooth and they got me in the same day that I called. They did an amazing job with the filling and helped him through being nervous about the procedure. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist for their child.
I had a filling re-done from a past dentist. During that past dental visit, I had 5 cavities filled. They numbed me, but I felt all of it. This time around I got multiple shots around the tooth by Dr. Helmer and only felt some pressure from the guard that keeps your mouth open. I enjoyed how he was very kind and patient to the student dental assistant and the front office staff is very sweet and nice. Glad I have a good dentist close to home.
