We went outside to wait, and a few minutes later, Mr. Duvall himself was manning the forklift, bringing it out! This really earned our respect, at most larger businesses, the owner wouldn't take the opportunity to be so hands on.

If I could give no star I would. Cody is a great salesman. Stir clear of Chuck if you dont buy the vehicle he wants you to buy he will tell you to take your business elsewhere and his upper manager will back him up. Chuck informed me that I had a bad attitude and never to return. Every cliche you have heard about car salesmen happens here. Drive the extra mile for a better deal. FYI the J and R financing is not a credit rebuilding deal. The only time it is reported to the credit bureau is when you are late, so it is not beneficial to rebuilding your credit. Have everything in writing.

I was in an accident in the area, and Duvall Ford was called to tow my car and store it till all was settled. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up my car, Jeff Duvall (one of the owners) came up to get my fees sorted.
When done, we let him know that there were two cars boxing mine in. He said he would bring out a forklift to move the car, and even put it on our trailer for us if it were possible.
After a week of dealer trying to figure out if they had any Raptor allocations, sales rep, finance manager, and general manager agreed to sell at MSRP. Was literally holding my card for deposit waiting for rep to come back to the phone... never did. After reaching out to him the following day, he contacted me to let me know the owner would not sell at MSRP and wanted an extra $5k. Obviously I refused and would never work with a dealer that after general manager told me MSRP, for them to go back on their word even though I believe it was out of sales rep's hands. Just my 2 cents, but it is that type of action that get dealers bad perceptions.
The whole time he was very pleasant and professional. If all of his staff is as attentive as he is, he's got a good shop going.
He was careful and considerate when moving the car, listening to our plans for getting it on the trailer and being extremely helpful. During the process he would pause to check spacing to ensure there would be no contact to damage the trailer from the forks. All said and done, he made sure we were happy with the service we received.
